Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Ecosight Pty Ltd trading as abit.of (ABN 99 686 562 345) (“abit.of”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By entering the giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of Australia and the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence.

Anyone involved in running or determining the giveaway, or in the management of abit.of, is not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 October 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, you must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

• follow @abit.of_ on Instagram and like the giveaway post;

• tag one friend in a comment on the giveaway post;

• share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story, with the giveaway post clearly visible, and tag @abit.of_; and

• join the abit.of newsletter through the giveaway page linked in our Instagram bio.

Each eligible comment tagging one friend counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted. The other entry requirements only need to be completed once.

If selected as a potential winner, you may be asked to provide reasonable proof that all entry requirements were completed, including proof of your Story share.

Automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

5. Newsletter & Privacy

By joining the abit.of newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after entering will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and, where applicable, send marketing communications. It will otherwise be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Prize

One winner will receive:

• 1 × abit.of Pilates Kit, RRP A$269.99. The winner may choose either the Black or Ivory kit, with the option to swap the included Foldable Yoga Mat for Mist Blue or Dusty Mauve, subject to availability;

• 1 × Stanley 40oz tumbler, in the colour shown in the giveaway, valued at approximately A$80 for an Australian winner or US$50 for a US winner; and

• 1 × CSB digital gift card, valued at A$100 for an Australian winner or US$100 for a US winner.

The approximate total prize value for an Australian winner is A$449.99. The total value for a US winner may vary due to local pricing and exchange rates.

There is one prize package only. An entrant may win no more than one prize package and no bonus prizes will be awarded.

There is no fee payable to abit.of to claim the prize. Standard delivery to one eligible Australian or US address is included. Any taxes, customs duties or government charges that apply to the winner by law are the winner’s responsibility.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s applicable terms and conditions.

Prize components are subject to availability. If a prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right, where permitted by law, to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 12:00 pm AEDT on 1 November 2026 using an electronic random selection process. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The potential winner will be contacted by @abit.of_ on 1 November 2026.

The potential winner must satisfy all eligibility and entry requirements before the prize is awarded. Once their eligibility and entry have been verified, the winner will be announced on our Instagram account.

If the selected entrant is ineligible or their entry cannot be verified, another eligible entry will be selected at random.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the potential winner. The prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification. If it is not claimed within that period, another eligible entry will be selected at random.

If a redraw is required, we will publish an update through @abit.of_.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions, is fraudulent or interferes with the fair conduct of the giveaway.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the giveaway, we reserve the right to take any action permitted by applicable law and any relevant regulator. Where required, entrants will be notified of any permitted change.

The winner is responsible for any taxes or other obligations arising from accepting the prize, where applicable.

Any concern or dispute relating to the giveaway or claiming the prize should be sent to hello@abitof.com.au. We will consider the matter fairly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Instagram & Third-Party Brands

By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

Stanley and CSB are not sponsors or administrators of this giveaway and are not affiliated with the promotion. Their products have been independently selected by abit.of as prizes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in an entrant’s place of residence.
